REASONS TO GIVE
Giving acknowledges God as the ultimate provider and reflects our trust in His continued blessings. It allows us to participate in His work and fulfill His command to “Honor God with everything you own” (Proverbs 3:9 MSG).
The Bible establishes tithing—contributing 10% of our income to the church—as our baseline for giving. At Elim, many have found that tithing leads to profound blessings. Additional gifts, known as offerings, can be directed to causes that resonate with you.
EASY WAYS TO GIVE
Log into your banking app and select your account; add give.elimchapel@gmail.com as the recipient.
Drop off cash or cheques, use the debit machine 9:30-10:30 AM Sunday, or mail us the cheques.
If you’re interested in setting up automatic withdrawal directly through your bank, you can download the form and submit it with a void cheque to the office.
Donating securities is a tax-efficient way to give. To begin, email accounting@elimchapelwinnipeg.com to request a form and start the donation process.
Your donation is tax-deductible (Charity Number: 11889 7172 RR0001). A tax receipt will be issued in February for all donations made throughout the year.
